Shipping Policy
We currently ship within Sweden only.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within approximately one week. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or for made-to-order pieces.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
All shipments are trackable and carefully packaged. High-value orders are shipped using insured delivery for added security.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will help resolve the issue.
For other returns, your rights are governed by applicable Swedish consumer legislation. The item must be returned unused, unworn and in its original condition.
Please note that custom-made, personalized or engraved jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable, as these items are made specifically for you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
By placing an order with CEDER JEWELRY STUDIO, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All prices are shown in SEK and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders in the event of technical issues or incorrect pricing. Orders are processed within 1 week.
